We have been delighted with the care provided for mum over the last few years by Knightsbridge Care Services Ltd. They are very caring, reliable, approachable and encouraging - both carers and management. We feel confident that we can rely fully on their services. Communication is excellent: there is always someone at the end of a phone call, both during office hours and out of hours; phone calls us to let us know if there is a problem; contact is made with the district nurse or GP when necessary. A regular team of dedicated carers help mum. It is so good to see that the staffing rarely changes so mum gets to see familiar friendly faces and that there is consistency in the way things are done. In addition the flexibility offered to us, being able to add in extra care as we need it, has really helped relieve our stress knowing that this can be provided. It is reassuring when you know that things will be dealt with quickly and without fuss! We can’t praise them highly enough!
